published a new report, Redefining inclusive growth in Asia: How APEC can achieve an economy that leaves no one behind to coincide with the discussions at APEC. \">Oxfam xu\u1ea5t b\u1ea3n m\u1ed9t b\u00e1o c\u00e1o m\u1edbi, X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u1ea1i s\u1ef1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 \u1edf Ch\u00e2u \u00c1: APEC c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c the past three decades Asia has seen remarkable economic growth and poverty has been significantly reduced.\">B\u00e1o c\u00e1o ghi nh\u1eadn r\u1eb1ng trong ba th\u1eadp k\u1ef7 qua, ch\u00e2u \u00c1 tr\u01b0\u1edfng to\u00e0n di\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i h\u1ed9i ngh\u1ecb th\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u1ec9nh APEC. <\/span><span title=\"Ambassador Bui Thanh Son said \u2018equal attention should be paid to the three dimensions of economic, financial and social inclusion.\">\u0110\u1ea1i s\u1ee9 B\u00f9i Thanh S\u01a1n cho r\u1eb1ng &#8216;c\u1ea7n ch\u00fa \u00fd \u0111\u1ebfn ba kh\u00eda c\u1ea1nh
