Quang Binh, March 6, 2025 – The Center for Highland Natural Resource Governance (CEGORN) held a conference to announce Decision No. 134/QĐ-LHHVN by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) on the appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Kim Dung as Deputy Director of CEGORN.

13 Years of Dedication – A Journey of Commitment to Sustainable
Development Before her appointment, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Dung was the Chief Accountant of CEGORN, who has been with the center throughout its 13 years of formation and development. During that time, she not only excelled in financial and accounting work but also played a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and sustainability for the programs and projects that CEGORN implemented in mountainous and highland provinces.
With extensive professional expertise, systematic thinking, and keen insight in financial and organizational management, Ms. Dung is highly regarded by leaders, agencies, and domestic and international partners. From resource management to budget supervision in community initiatives, she has contributed to building a solid financial foundation for the center.
