On June 12, the working group of the National Assembly’s Oversight Delegation led by Mr. Pham Phu Binh – Standing member of the Committee for Foreign Affairs, a member of the Supervisory Delegation worked in M’Drak district, Dak province. Lak on the topic “The implementation of the National Assembly’s resolutions on the national target programs on new rural construction in the 2021-2025 period, sustainable poverty reduction in the 2021-2025 period, and economic development – The society of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the period of 2021-2030”. At the meeting, members of the working group, local leaders and some departments and divisions of M’Drak district, Dak Lak province discussed difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of projects and sub-projects. projects under national target programs such as: the guiding documents for the implementation of the Program are not timely, so the implementation of the models is still slow; The allocation of funds for the implementation of the program is still slow; the lack of full-time staff affects the implementation of the National Target Programs, especially at grassroots level; Inadequacies in the fact that some policies have problems with regulations and are not suitable for practice, so it is difficult to implement effective programs..

On behalf of the working group, Mr. Pham Phu Binh – Standing member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly highly appreciated the efforts of M’Drak district, Dak Lak province in the implementation of national target programs. At the same time, the working group recorded the recommendations and difficulties of the locality to summarize and propose the Central Government to make timely adjustments. The working group also suggested that localities need to further analyze and clarify the causes of difficulties and propose solutions to effectively implement national target programs in the coming time.
